At Rhino Max Karatu, the health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We have implemented comprehensive COVID-19 protocols in line with local Tanzanian health guidelines and international best practices to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Health & Safety Measures

• Regular sanitization of all public areas, guest rooms, and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, etc.)
• Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the lodge
• Social distancing guidelines followed in dining areas and common spaces
• All staff undergo daily temperature checks and health screenings
• Staff are required to wear face masks in public areas
• Enhanced cleaning protocols for linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Contactless check-in and check-out options available

Guest Requirements

• Guests are requested to practice good hand hygiene at all times
• Face masks are recommended in indoor public areas
• Guests showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be assisted with medical support as needed
• We reserve the right to request proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results as required by local regulations
